Responsibilities and What We’re Looking For
As Clinical Lead you will provide visible, effective clinical leadership to the clinical team for your service. Supported by the Portfolio Medical Lead, Lead Nurse and Pharmacy Technician and in collaboration with operations colleagues you will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, evidence‑based and compassionate care.
We are looking for experienced Independent Prescribers, with a background in either nursing or pharmacy. You will help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more.
You should have compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You should also be a good listener, stay curious, and want to make a difference.
