Responsibilities
- Handle telephone, email and in‑person enquiries with empathy, accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as the consistent point of contact for ongoing queries related to new referrals, appointment bookings, or service processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely records on the case management system.
- Identify risks during referral screening and day‑to‑day contact, escalating concerns in line with Safeguarding policies.
- Assist in other administration areas, including prescriptions and invoicing when required.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with people affected by substance misuse or other vulnerabilities.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups.
- Strong IT skills.
- Desirable experience with safeguarding principles and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and be a good listener.
