The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Clinical Administrator to join our team and support the smooth delivery of our clinical prescribing service. This role is vital in maintaining daily operations to ensure our clients receive timely, safe, and effective care.

Your responsibilities will include managing clinical stock and prescription paperwork, coordinating with GPs and pharmacies, generating and voiding prescriptions, taking minutes when needed, and assisting with audits to support quality and compliance.

The Service

Adult Drug and Alcohol Services across Gloucestershire transferred to Via on 1st April 2024. The role is partnership-based (CHPSS Team) and offers a great opportunity to build on existing strengths, drive new developments, and make a positive impact as part of this new contract.

Location

Your base will be at our Via Cheltenham hub, with some travel to other hubs across Gloucestershire required.
