This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. We’re looking for a Clinical Administrative Support Worker for our Via Gloucestershire service. As Clinical Administrative Support Worker you will support with a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth running of Blood‑borne virus testing, BBV treatment pathways and Liver Health screenings. You will support with the executive functions of BBV/Liver Health Clinics, in coordination with Via nurses and NHS nurses. In addition, you will participate in record keeping, data collection and, when appropriate, blood‑borne virus testing.
We are looking for someone with experience for attention to detail and willingness to actively engage those we work with to provide a holistic health offer at Via. This is not just a job – you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more. We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Salary: £23,821 to £25,900 per annum, pro rata
Vacancy type: Fixed Term 12‑month contract
Working hours: 0.8 FT (30 hours) Preferred work pattern must work Wednesdays, other days open to discussion. This will be a face‑to‑face role.
Location Base: Gloucester, with expectation to travel to other hubs. Full access and use of a vehicle is a requirement.
