Via is recruiting an Outreach Practitioner to join our Outreach Team in Brent. You will engage with people in London’s diverse boroughs, supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol use, homelessness, and health inequalities.
You will work across streets, community leaders, health services, housing providers, and local partners to improve access to treatment and recovery. Excellent communication and a compassionate, collaborative approach are essential.
