Via is seeking a Senior Outreach Practitioner to join our Outreach Team in Brent, London.
You will engage with local communities, partners, and service providers to improve access to treatment and recovery for people affected by drug and alcohol use, homelessness, and health inequalities.
You'll build relationships with community leaders and frontline organisations, work independently within a multidisciplinary team, and help people rebuild their lives and reintegrate into work or education.
