Exciting opportunity within our Coleraine District Health Service. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (Grade 2) to join our team. In this role, you will provide safe, evidence-based, and person-centred nursing care to residents and acute patients supporting their individual needs, preferences, and goals.
Working under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Maintaining a high standard of clinical practice
- Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Providing clinical leadership, supervision, and support to Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Workers
- Medication administration
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Ensuring effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues
Our 51-bed Residential Aged Care service and 10-bed Acute service is committed to providing care in a safe, respectful, and homelike environment that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents and patients.
