An exciting opportunity has arisen at Coleraine District Health Service. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our team, providing high-quality care to both our aged care and acute departments. In this role, you will deliver person-centred care, support residents and patients with their daily needs, and work closely with families and the multidisciplinary team to create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. You will bring experience in working in the aged or acute sector or a genuine willingness to learn and develop your skills in these areas. About Us:
Coleraine District Health Service comprises of 10 acute beds, 12 nursing home beds and 41 hostel aged care beds. You will be working alongside experienced, passionate leadership peers who are true to our values of Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Empathy.
Coleraine is a town in Victoria, Australia on the Glenelg Highway, 350 kilometres west of the state capital, Melbourne and 35 kilometres north-west of Hamilton in the Shire of Southern Grampians local government area. It was named after the town in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. With history around every corner, Coleraine is one of Victoria’s oldest country towns, offering a glimpse into a past that stretches back nearly 200 years.
