Western District Health Service is seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our team at the Coleraine Campus. What You'll Be Doing:
- Person-Centred Care: Provide high-quality nursing care that supports the health, wellbeing and independence of residents and patients across aged care and acute settings.
- Clinical Care Delivery: Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient and resident care in collaboration with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
- Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with patients, residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure care is coordinated, respectful and responsive to individual needs.
- Professional Practice: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in quality improvement activities and engage in ongoing professional development.

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Commitment to providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
