Our opportunity: The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) works in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), to administer and manage the professional and operational resources of the Coleraine Health Service. Under the direction of the NUM, the ANUM will be responsible for providing mentoring and leadership across the team. The ANUM will support and assist the NUM in achieving specific Key Performance Indicators.
About Us: Coleraine District Health Service comprises of 10 acute beds, 12 nursing home beds and 41 hostel aged care beds. You will be working alongside experienced, passionate leadership peers who are true to our values of Integrity, Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Empathy.
Coleraine is a town in Victoria, Australia on the Glenelg Highway, 350 kilometres west of the state capital, Melbourne and 35 kilometres north-west of Hamilton in the Shire of Southern Grampians local government area.
