What you'll do: You will be responsible for undertaking property surveys including visits to lead Vico Homes response to insurance claims for structural and fire damage, determining technical home improvement requests from our customers and stock condition surveys. You will also use your knowledge and experience supporting other parts of our business including adaptations and estates teams, with decisions and support around suitable use of our assets.
