Western Digital is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Design, Production professional to execute, prepare final file creation, translations, and manage our internal DAM for our marketing and creative organization within a global context in close alignment with our Marketing teams. This hands‑on design execution position focuses on high‑volume asset production, localization, and adherence to established global brand systems rather than concept development or creative strategy ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain internal DAM for assets, keep organized, and ensure technical operation is intact for global use.
  • Manage translations process and delivery requirements per project in the creative team.
  • Communicate in a timely manner, outbound to the internal team on delivery and completion of assets.
  • Provide required design, resizing, build, and production of assets supporting global teams initiatives across digital campaigns, web, social, email, presentations, events, and partner materials.
  • Execute creative work based on established global brand systems, templates, and design frameworks.
  • Adapt and localize global creative assets for regional markets, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to support campaign execution, product launches, and ongoing regional programs.
  • Collaborate with global creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment on specifications, formats, and delivery standards.
  • Manage multiple concurrent design requests, balancing regional priorities with global timelines and production requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver final assets that meet technical specifications, localization needs, accessibility standards, and platform requirements.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and production velocity.
  • Maintain organized files, templates, and documentation to support scalable and repeatable design workflows.
  • Stay current on design tools, production best practices, and platform requirements to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Utilize AI tools to support production efficiency and output.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion, video, or 3D tools (After Effects, Premiere, Maya, Unreal, etc.) is a plus but not required.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong working knowledge of brand systems, templates, layout, and production standards.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, specifications, and global guidelines and translate them into finished assets.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality control.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
  • Able to utilize AI tools into everyday solutions.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across global, cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a structured, matrixed, and deadline‑driven global organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in professional design with a strong emphasis on production, execution, and localization.
  • Experience supporting regional or international marketing teams, with working knowledge of localization workflows and cultural considerations.
  • Proven experience producing high‑volume creative assets within established brand systems.
  • Experience working in B2B technology, enterprise marketing, or global brand environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing executional design excellence across digital and marketing channels.
