We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Technical General Manager to lead our EIMEA technical organisation across Quality, Research & Development, Compliance and Technical capability.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance while enabling innovation, sustainable growth and operational excellence across the region.
Responsibilities
- Leading the execution of technical strategy across EIMEA
- Ensuring product integrity, quality and compliance across all markets
- Driving innovation and new product development aligned to business priorities
- Partnering with global and regional stakeholders to deliver technical excellence
- Leading and developing multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Strengthening governance, risk management and performance frameworks
- Supporting supply chain performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership experience within technical, R&D, quality or regulatory environments
- Strong background in manufacturing and consumer products
- Proven ability to translate strategy into impactful regional delivery
- Experience leading cross-functional and international teams
- Deep understanding of compliance, product lifecycle management and innovation
- A collaborative, people-first approach with the ability to influence at all levels
