We are now looking for an experienced and commercially minded Strategic Sourcing Manager - EIMEA (Maternity Cover) to support and strengthen our sourcing capability across the region. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity offering meaningful scope, ownership and visibility within the business.
As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in leading category strategies, managing supplier relationships and supporting continuity across critical sourcing activities. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners to ensure momentum is maintained while continuing to evolve our sourcing approach.

Responsibilities- Leading the execution of strategic sourcing and category plans across EIMEA
- Managing total cost of ownership (TCO), supplier risk and value drivers beyond price
- Delivering sourcing activities including RFI, RFP and RFQ processes and supporting negotiations and contract awards
- Maintaining and strengthening supplier relationships and performance governance
- Partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to support ongoing business needs
- Supporting supplier risk management, including performance, geopolitical exposure and business continuity
- Contributing to continuous improvement of sourcing processes and ways of working
- Championing WD‑40 Company values in every interaction, internally and externally
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management or a related procurement discipline
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with confidence analysing cost drivers and supplier value
- Experience managing supplier relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to get up to speed quickly and operate effectively in an established landscape
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- A pragmatic, adaptable mindset
- A collaborative, proactive and values‑led approach
- CIPS or equivalent professional qualification (desirable, not essential)
