WD-40 Company is seeking an OTC Implementation Specialist to lead the D365 F&O OTC technical workstream for the UK and Europe. You will own configuration, collaborate with the Business Process Lead, and drive fit-gap analyses to ensure compliant, scalable pricing and VAT setups across markets.
You will manage technical validation during SIT/UAT, navigate cross-border VAT and e-invoicing requirements, and support the rollout with a strong emphasis on collaboration with external partners.
