We're looking for a Marketing Manager in our Emerging Markets team.

This is a unique opportunity to influence business growth, strengthen distributor capabilities and drive best-in-class marketing execution across diverse and fast-evolving markets.

This isn't a traditional marketing role.

You'll combine strategic thinking, digital expertise, commercial awareness and relationship building to translate global and regional strategies into impactful local programmes.

You'll partner with passionate distributor teams, lead digital and e-commerce initiatives, uncover growth opportunities through data and insights, and play a key role in elevating marketing capability across the region.

This role is based in the UK and candidates should be within commuting distance of our Milton Keynes Launchpad.

International travel is an important part of the role, with approximately 25-35% travel required to support distributor partners and regional business activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute impactful marketing campaigns across Emerging Markets.
  • Support the development and delivery of regional marketing plans aligned to global strategy.
  • Drive digital marketing and e-commerce excellence across distributor markets.
  • Analyse campaign and digital performance data, turning insights into meaningful actions.
  • Build strong partnerships with distributors and commercial teams to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Design and deliver marketing capability-building programmes, playbooks and training.
  • Identify new market opportunities through market mapping, research and strategic analysis.
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures to deliver outstanding results.

  • Marketing degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or a recognised consumer brand.
  • Strong experience across marketing communications and digital marketing.
  • Experience working with distributors or within a non-direct sales model.
  • Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
