We’re looking for a Digital Services Specialist to join our team and help power how we deliver digital experiences across EIMEA and beyond. This role sits at the heart of our digital ecosystem - supporting, improving and evolving the tools, platforms and insights that help our teams connect with customers and consumers and in turn drive performance, visibility, optimisation and best practices across our trading blocs. You’ll partner with teams including Marketing, Sales, Technical and Legal to help provide technical expertise, collaboration, and help raise digital IQ and further capability across the region.
Responsibilities
- Managing and resolving digital service requests across multiple platforms
- Acting as a technical escalation point for social media and digital asset tools
- Supporting the development and optimisation of global websites
- Collaborating with internal teams and partners to maintain high-performing digital environments
- Creating reports and turning data into meaningful insights
- Helping teams make smarter, data-informed decisions across digital channels
- Supporting platform setup, integrations and best practice
- Contributing to campaigns and promotions across the digital tech stack
- Delivering training and coaching to improve digital knowledge (“Digital IQ”)
- Supporting continuous learning across EIMEA and global teams
- Maintaining and organising digital assets so they’re accessible and optimised globally
Qualifications
Experience & skills:
- Experience in a digital marketing or digital services environment
- Working knowledge of websites (e.g. WordPress), social platforms and digital tools
- Understanding of SEO and website performance
- Experience using analytics to generate insight and recommendations
- Confidence working across multiple systems and managing priorities
