Our talented IT Integration Specialists are pivotal in ensuring seamless connectivity of ISV and software systems, databases, and applications within the ERP. In this role you will oversee the integration of various enterprise applications, including order processing, finance, and supply chain management, to ensure the ERP system functions seamlessly, driving efficiency, data accuracy, and better decision-making across departments. This is an exciting opportunity to support our current integration capability with Kinetic as we prepare to migrate to Microsoft Dynamics in the coming 1-2 years. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance integration processes in alignment with strategic plans. By leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of enterprise needs, you will contribute to the preparation and delivery of robust, solution-based integration strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversees the planning and execution of system integration projects to ensure seamless interoperability between various software applications, hardware systems, and IT infrastructures.
- Manages E-Commerce and customer data exchange (EDI) applications.
- Supports other IT team members and technical partners by teaching and guiding them.
- Designs, defines and develops SnapLogic pipelines, inclusive of script development, field and table configuration.
- Initiates and maintains Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT's) for all corporate customers, including setup, map creations, and automatic notifications.
- Directs EFT implementation projects with Customers, Accounts Receivable, and other functional areas as necessary.
- Leads the discovery of cross-functional transaction compliance inclusive of discover to provide technical or data solutions.
- Supports ERP system upgrades with testing and communication in partnership with the ISVs to ensure no downtime.
- Troubleshoots and resolves ISV-related issues, providing technical support and maintaining a log of system problems and resolutions.
- Evaluates new technologies and integration tools to enhance the organization's integration capabilities and support future growth and scalability needs.
- Collaborates with Independent Software Vendor (ISVs) for system integration and updates.
- Facilitates and maintains relationships between ISVs, negotiates contracts, and finds the best available vendors.
- Analyzes business processes and ERP system capabilities, identifying opportunities for enhancements or new functionalities.
- Ensures the optimal performance and alignment of the ERP system with business processes.
- Develops and implements integration strategies, architectures, and platforms to facilitate efficient and secure data exchange and workflow across different systems.
- Facilitates training sessions and creates documentation for end-users to ensure effective and efficient system utilization.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Experience with integrating third-party APIs or ISVs (independent software vendors).
- Microsoft D365 or Kinetic experience ideal, but not required.
- Relevant experience in ERP integration, project management, or related roles.
- Broad knowledge of technical aspects of software integration.
- General knowledge of SQL, coding not required.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, or related field preferred - not required.
- Preferred certification in ITIL policies and procedures.
- Desired certifications: PMP, ERP, ITIL, PMI, APICS, CPIM, ECC6.0, PPM, AX.
- Knowledge of end user support and other industry-standard techniques and practices.
- Providing both on-hours and after-hours software support by completing small scale and system-wide software upgrades and installations.
- Knows how to apply software automation principles with current tools to solve known business challenges.
- Able to lead in-depth dialogues, conversations, and explanations with users, direct and indirect reports and outside strategic partners that can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.
- Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating, and/or advising others on matters of significance.
