Are you passionate about enabling business success through ERP systems? We're looking for a data and process driven ERP Application Analyst & Trainer to support the ongoing configuration, adoption, and optimization of our enterprise systems within our Global Operations Center of Excellence (COE). This role will support our European business unit by collaborating with implementation teams to ensure our ERP solutions (Kenetic/Epicor/D365) —particularly in areas such as order to cash, procure to pay, finance, and supply chain—are effectively configured and continuously improved.

You’ll play a key role in documenting business processes, developing user-friendly training materials, and delivering impactful training sessions to functional users across the organization. You’ll also provide Tier 1 user support for assigned systems, helping to ensure business continuity and operational excellence. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support ERP post implementation adoption and optimization of assigned systems functions to achieve defined SLA and KPIs.
  • Functional execution of:
  • Optimization of system configuration in partnership with implementation and development teams
  • Development of system documentation, guides, training, etc.
  • Development and delivery of functional documentation to support user adoption
  • Supports optimization of business processes, programs, and governance
  • Security and controls administration
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Assists with the Identification of business/user requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to identify ES system requirements post-implementation.
  • Lead the development of 'as is' and 'to be' processes, user behaviors, and systems changes required to achieve the 'to be' capability.
  • Supports the Application Support Specialist in stakeholder collaboration in the ongoing education and development of priorities.
  • Supports the development and adoption of systems through effective change management practices.
  • Responsible for system training and adoption across all stakeholder groups.
  • Supports vendor/consultant negotiations, contracts, and management.
  • Project Management

    • Plans and manage the delivery projects, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes.
    • Supports application enhancements for automation in anticipation of business needs by partnering with Project Managers.
    • Contributes in agile planning and prioritization group(s) to support prioritization and optimization of outcomes with available resources.
    • Supports the continuous review and adoption of integration tools, techniques, standards, and services by maintaining a deep, comprehensive knowledge base of applicable business solutions, trends and best practices.
    • Perform other related activities as needed to support corporate objectives.
    • Act in the best interest of the company by applying stated company values/code of conduct and acting in congruence to company strategies and priorities.

    What You’ll Bring To The Role

    • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or technical field, ideal.
    • ITIL certification
    • Previous Technical Certifications
    • Demonstrated 'hands on' administration experience in supporting ERP user engagement and adoption.
    • General broad knowledge ERP environment, supply chain management systems, and other enterprise-level essential service technical solutions and to advance the priorities, adoption, and effectiveness of the organization's adoption and optimization of EBS Operations functions.
    • General understanding of the financial and operational challenges and requirements of a public company.
    • Knowledge of current SaaS, IaaS, PaaS platforms.
    • General knowledge of Agile project management.
