This role supports the execution of e‑commerce sales and marketing programs with regional and national pure‑play customers, wholesalers, national buyers and resellers to drive revenue and EBITDA growth. You’ll use market and customer insights to deliver impactful sales presentations and promotional plans, while identifying and opening new e‑commerce accounts through targeted research. Working closely with marketing and external partners, you’ll support the development and delivery of e‑commerce initiatives, ensuring effective program execution and strong customer engagement. You’ll also help integrate category leadership programs across online and in‑store environments to strengthen sales performance and brand equity.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Remotely sell and support brand growth with pure‑play and hybrid e‑commerce customers to achieve sales and EBITDA goals.
- Understand customer needs and deliver solution‑ and category‑focused sales presentations.
- Present product knowledge, marketing programs, promotions, and technical information in a clear, consultative way.
- Share e‑commerce best practices with customers and partners.
- Support existing customers, distributors, and resellers with content management, promotions, plans, calendars, order processing, and asset management.
- Independently identify, prospect, and open new e‑commerce accounts.
- Drive consumer demand through customer‑specific strategic plans grounded in sales, POS, digital, and insight analysis.
- Partner with marketing on below‑the‑line activities (trade shows, training, displays, events) and tailor national programs for customer needs.
