Eich Rôl

Fel Swyddog Prosiect Digidol, byddwch yn cefnogi’r rhaglen Newid: Digidol ar gyfer y Trydydd Sector, gan helpu sefydliadau gwirfoddol ledled Cymru i wneud gwell defnydd o offer, systemau a ffyrdd o weithio digidol. Gan weithio'n agos gyda'r Rheolwr Sgiliau Digidol a sefydliadau partner, byddwch yn cyfrannu at ystod eang o weithgareddau, gan gynnwys hyfforddiant, digwyddiadau, grantiau a chymorth digidol, gan sicrhau bod prosiectau a gwasanaethau'n rhedeg yn esmwyth ac yn effeithiol. Byddwch yn creu systemau monitro prosiectau i gefnogi cynnydd gweithgareddau prosiect a dangos effaith, a gweithio'n agos gydag amrywiaeth o dimau a rhanddeiliaid i gyflawni gweithgareddau sy'n diwallu anghenion ein defnyddwyr.

Qualifications
  • Callu profedig i reoli prosiectau bach a chanolig
  • Profiad o gynhyrchu cyfathrebiadau ysgrifenedig a gweledol o ansawdd uchel ar gyfer gwahanol gynulleidfaoedd
  • Profiad o ddatblygu a gwella prosesau gwaith neu brosiect
  • Gwybodaeth am y sector gwirfoddol yng Nghymru, a'r heriau cyfredol y mae'n eu hwynebu gyda digidol
  • Dealltwriaeth o ddylunio gwasanaethau sy'n canolbwyntio ar y defnyddiwr
