  • Care Home Invoicing and Sales Ledger
  • Prepare and issue care home invoicing for self-funders, Local Authority and CHC-funded residents, including via Tradeshift, across our 3 Village Homes and 10 residential homes.
  • Raise credit notes and process invoice adjustments accurately and promptly.
  • Process resident and family refunds in line with WCS procedures.
  • Respond to invoicing queries from homes and families in a clear, timely and courteous manner.
  • Reconcile occupancy records against invoicing to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Sage Postings and Ledger Maintenance
  • Post sales invoices and receipts to Sage.
  • Post expenses and payroll allocations not processed through Accounts Payable, including HMRC payments.
  • Post Local Authority council spot placement remittances.
  • Direct Debits
  • Prepare Direct Debit collections and carry out pre-submission checks.
  • Check Direct Debit variances against the prior month and investigate discrepancies.
  • Banking and Reconciliations
  • Complete bank reconciliations for WCS Care and Common Lane Developments Limited.
  • Process Common Lane invoice payments and complete related bank reconciliations.
  • Cash and Petty Cash Management
  • Manage imprest and petty cash across all homes.
  • Administer Equals card top-ups and complete reconciliations.
