We are looking for a creative, hands‑on videographer to join our team full‑time, producing content for both WCS Agency’s client projects and Cardiff Life’s lifestyle media platforms. You will help tell brand stories, capture the culture of the city and bring bold visual ideas to life through engaging video content.
You will be filming everything from behind‑the‑scenes agency content and branded social campaigns to local lifestyle stories, events, interviews and documentary‑style pieces.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film and edit high‑quality video content across various formats including short‑form social, promotional videos, event coverage and lifestyle features
- Work closely with the creative, social and editorial teams to develop and deliver ideas
- Maintain and manage video production equipment
- Film on location around Cardiff with occasional travel for projects
- Create content optimised for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Stay up to date with current video trends and help guide creative direction for both brands
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of videography and editing experience (either in‑house or freelance)
- Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Lightroom
- Creative eye for storytelling and visuals
- Confident filming with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, as well as audio and lighting equipment
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of motion graphics is a bonus
- Passion for lifestyle, culture and digital media
