£500 WELCOME BONUS – Join Our Team as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner! TERM TIME ONLY – 38hrs x 4 days 8am-6pm

Are you passionate about creating brighter futures for children? At Bridgetown, we\’re looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication, and let\’s make a difference together!

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay: Up to £12.79 per hour, plus holiday pay of up to £208.34 per month (equivalent to an annual salary of £18,468, based on 38 hours per week, term-time only)

About Our Nursery

Bridgetown pre-school provides a spacious and welcoming environment enriched with natural resources for children to explore freely throughout the day. Our children enjoy the freedom to move between indoor and outdoor spaces including our on site Forest School area, with a pond and camp fire facilities. We also hold yearly events, such as our sports day, fete and cake sales for local charities. Conveniently situated on Byron Road, within the grounds of Bridgetown Primary School and just a short stroll from the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon. Ample parking is available along the road outside the school.

What Your Role Involves

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and celebrate children\’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
