Join Our Team as a Nursery Office Administrator. Part-Time 25 hours over 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 2.00pm (flexible).

What Your Role Involves
- Support the Nursery Management Team in the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, responding appropriately or forwarding them to the relevant person or department within the nursery or wider organisation.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised nursery records and filing systems.
- Develop and maintain a professional and friendly rapport with parents/carers, and liaise effectively with colleagues across other departments.
- Carry out any additional tasks reasonably assigned by management, in support of the nursery\’s overall function and objectives.
Training And Induction
Full training and a thorough induction will be provided to ensure you are fully supported in your role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous Administrative experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential for this Nursery Office Administrator role.

My First Friends Rubery nursery prides itself on its large spaces and stimulating environment and beautiful outdoor space. Rubery is situated on Park Way, on Great Park opposite Brewers Fayre and Nuffield Health. Entry to the nursery is off Ashbrook Drive and there is ample parking available.
