At Tressillian Road, we are looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication, and let's make a difference together!
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

About Our Nursery
The Old Station Nursery Tressillian Road is set in a beautiful period property in the Victorian Suburb of Brockley. The nursery was fully refurbished in 2024 and offers five bright and spacious rooms divided by age group. All have been designed to focus on development through play and exploration, with first-class resources to support our children. Outside is a large outdoor space where children can play and explore activities, learning about sustainable growing practices and our environmental impact. Located on Tressillian Road within easy access from the A20 and near to Brockley and Lewisham Train Station. Parking is available outside for the team.
What Your Role Involves
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
