Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Pay
Up to £26,104 per annum based on experience (40 hours per week).
Working Hours
40 hours over 4 days – Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm (flexible day off).

About Our Nursery
Little Oaks Day Nursery in Malvern, is one of the only purpose‑built nurseries in the local area, providing high quality childcare in a stimulating learning environment. The nursery is a proud owner of Millies Mark, which is awarded as a special endorsement to local childcare providers that go above and beyond minimum requirements by having 100% of staff trained in paediatric first aid. The nursery is situated next door to Whiteacres Medical Centre, just off the B4208 Townsend Way. The nursery is accessible via Sandys Road. There is ample parking available.
What Your Role Involves
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
