Responsibilities: As an Early Years Apprentice, you’ll be part of a supportive team, learning while making a positive impact in children’s lives. Dedicate 20% of your week to training, with the remainder spent gaining hands-on experience in a vibrant, nurturing environment. Help create a warm, fun, and safe space where children thrive. Engage children in play-based activities inspired by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
