We're looking for a Dual Site Store Manager to lead our Carlisle and Wigton stores, driving sales, developing teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences across both locations.
Working for WCF Pet & Equestrian, you'll play a key role in creating high-performing teams, maintaining excellent store standards and ensuring our stores continue to be the first choice for pet, equestrian and rural customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing colleagues across two stores
- Delivering sales, profit and operational targets
- Creating exceptional customer experiences
- Managing stock, merchandising and store presentation
- Supporting local marketing and community engagement
- Maintaining a safe, compliant and well-run operation

- Has retail management experience
