We are looking for a friendly, hands-on Warden Couple to join our team. The Role

As Wardens, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by:

  • Welcoming guests and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Running Reception and the Site Shop
  • Preparing lodges, Wigwams®, Castle Pods and other accommodation to exceptional standards
  • Maintaining guest facilities, communal areas and site presentation
  • Caring for our animals
  • Supporting hot tub testing, cleaning and maintenance
  • Undertaking grounds and general light maintenance tasks
  • Supporting our popular food and beverage offerings, including pizza nights
  • Participating in the site's on-call provision and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment

About You

We are looking for a couple who are:

  • Friendly, approachable and enjoy working with people
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Practical, proactive and willing to get stuck in
  • Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
  • Adaptable, reliable and flexible
  • Health and safety conscious
  • Happy working both indoors and outdoors
  • Able to demonstrate relevant experience or transferable skills

Experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, housekeeping, animal care, maintenance or leisure would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
