Join Our Team of Fuel Delivery Experts as a Class 1 ADR Artic Tanker Driver in Beeston (Norfolk). This is a full-time position with evening/twilight shifts, generally performed between the hours of 4pm – 4am, amounting to 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, with occasional weekends). The salary starts at £34,528 per annum, with overtime paid at enhanced rates and an enhanced artic allowance.

The Role: What to Expect
This is a hands-on driving job for someone who likes to be physically active throughout the day, working in all weather conditions. You will deliver fuels to local fuel depots, ensuring stocks remain topped up for our domestic, agricultural, and commercial customers. You will represent WCF when visiting refineries/terminals and interacting with customers, requiring you to think on your feet, work independently, and maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and service. Overtime is a regular part of the role, especially during busy seasons, and is paid at an enhanced rate.
About You
- A qualified HGV Class 1 driver (ADR certificate with Class 3 in tanks is a strong advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Driver CPC certified.
- Practical, methodical, and safety conscious.
- Capable of managing physically demanding tasks and comfortable with manual work.
- Excellent understanding of tachograph regulations.
- Capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours to support customer needs, especially in colder months.
