This is a part-time on-site role for a Health & Social Care Assessor based in Port Talbot. The Assessor will be responsible for supporting and guiding learners in achieving their Health and Social Care qualifications. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing learner progress
- Delivering training sessions
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining accurate records
- Collaboration with employers and learners to meet performance targets and ensure compliance with standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in Social Work and Social Services
