WBR Group is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the Director of Group Risk in meeting regulatory obligations and embedding a strong compliance culture across the business. The role is hybrid, full-time, and can be based at Leicester, Salisbury, Bolton or Bristol.
You will oversee regulatory frameworks (SRA, HMRC, TPR, ICO, IFoA), manage the Compliance Monitoring Programme, data protection duties and training, while guiding junior staff and liaising with regulators and auditors.
