WBR Credit Union is seeking a Credit Control Officer to manage bad debt recovery and support operational processes in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
You will work with the Credit Control Committee to minimise arrears and provide high-quality service to members.
You will liaise with external organisations, produce monthly management information for the Board, and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting on debt recovery activities.
