WBD Group are seeking an Operations Business Partner to support their growing London team. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll play a key role in keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly while helping to maintain an organised, welcoming, and high‑performing office environment.
You’ll support a broad range of activities, including HR and recruitment, culture and engagement initiatives, finance administration, general team support, and occasional front‑of‑house duties. This role is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. We’re looking for someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in wherever needed.
