WBD Group are seeking an Operations Business Partner to support their growing London team. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll play a key role in keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly while helping to maintain an organised, welcoming, and high‑performing office environment.
WBD has a number of exciting startups that will allow the application to apply its skills and help develop these companies into successful businesses. You’ll support a broad range of activities, including HR and recruitment, culture and engagement initiatives, finance administration, general team support, and occasional front‑of‑house duties.

- Salary: market leading, reviewed annually.
- Generous holiday allowance: 34 days of leave in total, which includes bank holidays and bonus company holidays. Additionally, you will receive one extra day of leave for every three years of service, and any unused leave can be carried over.
- Hybrid working: 3 days office-based, offering a balance of collaboration and flexibility.
- Pension: You’ll be auto-enrolled into the company scheme managed by Nest and receive a 3% contribution from us.
