Stores Operative
This is a superb opportunity for Stores Operative to join the business through this rapid period of growth.
The business is looking for a driven and motivated Stores Operative to support the team through these exciting times.
The Role
- Stock rotation
- Allocation of parts/jobs
- Goods In / Goods Out
- Purchase invoice queries
- Control of tools for our head office
- Locate and identify stock for distribution
- Packaging up parts and dispatching them
- Working to Wiltech Acoustics procedures and using our own bespoke systems
- General tidiness within the store’s department
- Dealing with waste management
- Report any anomalies to the line manager using the Non-conformance system
- Build and maintain effective relations with other departments
- Provide guidance and coaching for stakeholders on Inventory practices
- Hours : 2pm till 10pm Monday to Friday (15% Shift Allowance)
- The Person
- Picking and packing experience
- Counterbalance – FLT (desirable)
- Hold a full UK Driving license (desirable)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work from a pick sheet
- Problem-solving
- Competency in IT
- Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
