Wiltech Acoustics, now part of Rehlko, is entering an exciting phase of growth and investment. Based in Loughborough, our manufacturing facility handles everything in-house from raw material processing to welding, fabrication, painting, and full assembly of bespoke acoustic units. We currently have vacancies for a proactive and qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our team.
Role:
- Support mechanical assembly and installation activities in line with company standards.
- Work as part of a team to fit, assemble, and install mechanical components and systems.
- Follow engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures.
- Maintain quality and safety across all tasks and interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Work to Wilmott Group procedures and systems, adhering to ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards.
- Follow all organisational policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Co-operate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
