Based in Loughborough, our manufacturing facility handles everything in-house — from raw material processing to welding, fabrication, painting, and full assembly of bespoke acoustic units. Operating within a demanding metallurgical manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for driving site quality performance. You will lead the Quality Management System, ensure product and process compliance, and actively contribute to a culture of operational excellence. As a hands-on leader, you will ensure that quality is embedded across all functions, from shopfloor operations to support teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define, monitor, and improve quality KPIs (scrap rate, non-conformities, cost of poor quality, customer complaints).
- Implement robust action plans to achieve and exceed quality targets.
