Commissioning Manager WB Power Services is seeking a dynamic Commissioning Manager to join our expanding team and work on nationwide projects. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading generator specialist company experiencing rapid growth. The Role: Oversee the commissioning process for new construction projects from initiation to completion. Monitor progress and track milestones throughout the commissioning phase. Ensure all systems are correctly installed and fully operational before project handover. Coordinate with various contractors involved in the commissioning process. Develop and adhere to schedules and timelines for the commissioning process. Maintain compliance with company quality systems ISO’s Identify and address delays proactively, mitigating risks effectively. Resolve issues promptly during the commissioning process. Provide regular updates to clients and Project Managers regarding commissioning activities. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the final product meets quality standards. Undertake additional duties as assigned by management. The Person: Willingness to travel and work away, with a compensation package. Experience with generators is desirable. Recognized qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Previous experience in commissioning coordination or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 quality systems. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective coordination with various stakeholders and contractors. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
