Job Responsibilities
- Work within company quality, health & safety and environmental procedures.
- Perform daily checks on the vehicles.
- Safely load/unload vehicles and couple up trailers.
- Deliver and collect company equipment to and from all areas of the UK.
- Complete all necessary worksheets and hire documentation.
- Collect general parts from suppliers when necessary.
- Maintain tachograph and other legal requirements involved with modern day driving on UK roads and highways.
- Provide 24/7 driver cover as required in line with driving hours legalities.
- When not driving, keep the company database, Protean system, up to date.
- Perform general maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
- Perform workshop duties as required.
