Construction Labourer

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. Duties

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site
• Preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organising tools
• Supporting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians in their tasks
• Moving materials around the site using manual handling equipment or by hand
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
• Reporting any safety hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or manual labour is advantageous but not essential
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding manual tasks throughout the day
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a construction environment
• A valid driving licence is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to travel between sites is essential
