WB Employment (operating as an employment business) are advertising on behalf of our client for general warehouse operatives to join their busy operation in Exeter (Hill Barton Business Park).

Pay rate: £13.00 per hour

Overtime over 42.5 hrs: £16.25 per hour

Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:30, however during busy periods (March to August) you will be asked and expected to work “hours as required” 06:00 start and later finish between 17:00 & 18:30.

Your main tasks will involve handling stock with care following all health safety considerations. This may be in the form of:

  • Putting stock away into designated areas
  • Compiling customer's orders
  • Assisting with loading delivery vehicles
  • Unloading containers/lorries

The Candidate:

  • Previous warehouse experience in a similar role
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work 10/12 hour shifts
  • Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
  • Willing and able to undertake manual tasks (can be heavy)
  • Own form of transport (car or motorbike) due to location and overtime hours

Overtime at enhanced rates. Good working environment/conditions. Permanent contract for the right person.
