Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:15; Friday 07:30 – 13:15
Overview: WB Employment Ltd (operating as an employment business) are advertising on behalf of our client for Assembly operatives to join their busy operation in Exeter (Skypark, EX5).
Responsibilities:
- Performing assembly operations by following work instructions to manufacture gas or electric fires or sub-assemblies
- Performing test operations in accordance with work instructions
- Packing and labelling correctly of finished products and moving these on pallets to dispatch area
- Working in a safe manner as instructed either by the section team leader or supervisor or following written work instruction where relevant
- Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy and maintained as such daily
- Ensure that standards of quality are adhered to
- To perform as and when required any reasonable management request from the section team leader or supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous production/assembly experience required
- Ability to work on feet
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility to carry out a wide-ranging role
