Wayve is seeking a Head of Fleet Operations (UK) to own the end-to-end translation of our customer-focused on-road testing strategy into tactical, executable plans. You will run UK Fleet Operations like a GM, overseeing safe, efficient, and high-performing on-road operations across London and the wider UK.
You will lead deployment across two shifts, manage Shift Leads, coordinate with Fleet Servicing and Maintenance, System and Insights, and work with SW/HW/Product teams to stay aligned.
