The role of Technical Lead for the Onboard Experience Team involves working with Android and full-stack engineers to develop software for autonomous vehicle operators. You will guide technical strategy, ensuring the development of reliable, scalable, and user-centric software to improve operational efficiency and in-vehicle experiences.
Challenges You Will Own:

About You:
- Technical Expertise: Experience designing and delivering complex systems, especially frontend (React, Typescript) and backend (Kotlin, Rust) integration at scale.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical decisions and contribute to architecture strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Quality Focus: Commitment to high engineering standards, including testing, observability, and automation.
- User-Focused Development: Focus on solutions tailored to user needs, informed by operational feedback.
- Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with in-vehicle systems like Android Auto or similar platforms.
