Wayve is seeking a Talent Operations professional in London to coordinate interviews across multiple regions and support recruiters and hiring managers. You will maintain records, manage a busy queue, and provide warm, proactive candidate service while learning our systems and optimizing workflows with AI tools.
You’ll work with Talent Partners and teams across the business, supporting roughly 90–100 interviews weekly across the UK, Japan, Europe and Israel, with overflow for the US.
