In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our rapid growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and develop talent strategies to meet these goals.

You will play a critical role in building high-performing teams that drive innovation and business impact.

Full-Cycle

Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, ensuring equitable hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.

Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote Wayve as an employer of choice.

Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimise the hiring process.

In order to set you up for success as a Recruiter at Wayve, we’re looking for the following skills and experience.

Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a deep tech, within a fast-paced tech company or startup environment.

Data-Driven: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools to track and report on recruitment metrics.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team.

This is a full-time role based in our office in London.
