We are looking for a Partner Program Manager to lead and execute external data supply partnerships that are critical to enabling Wayve’s roadmap and product deployment at scale. This role will sit at the intersection of partnerships, technical program management, and data operations, working with global partners such as ride-hailing platforms, fleet operators, and dash cam providers to deliver high-value data into Wayve’s ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end coordination of complex partner programs, ensuring alignment across external stakeholders and internal engineering, data, security, and product teams. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical fluency, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in accelerating embodied AI and autonomous driving by helping Wayve unlock and operationalise large-scale external data partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of external data supply partnerships with organisations such as taxi fleets, dash cam providers, and other strategic data partners.
- Manage complex technical programs from partner onboarding through to operational delivery and scaling.
- Coordinate across multiple internal teams, including ingest, data infrastructure, security, ML training, and engineering, to ensure the successful delivery of partner data.
- Build and maintain detailed delivery plans, milestones, risk registers, and communication structures for each partnership.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for external partners and maintain strong working relationships.
- Adapt delivery plans and priorities in response to evolving company objectives and roadmap changes.
- Ensure partner data is successfully ingested, understood, enriched, and made available to downstream users and systems.
- Evangelise the value of external and partner data internally by sharing updates, availability summaries, and opportunities for greater impact.
- Work closely with commercial partnership managers to align operational execution with broader strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to improve processes for identifying and selecting the most valuable partner data.
- Help maintain internal roadmaps, data estimates, and operational forecasting related to external data partnerships.
About you:
You are a highly organised and adaptable technical program manager who thrives in fast-changing environments. You are comfortable operating with ambiguity, aligning multiple stakeholders, and driving execution across complex technical programs. You bring strong technical intuition without necessarily being a deep technical specialist, and you are excited by the opportunity to help scale real-world embodied AI systems through strategic data partnerships. You are equally comfortable building relationships externally as you are coordinating internal technical teams, and you have the hustle, resilience, and pragmatism required to keep programs moving in a rapidly evolving organisation.
Essential:
- Experience managing complex technical programs involving external partners or customers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external organisations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities.
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand topics such as sensor systems, cloud architectures, data movement, and security considerations.
- Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience coordinating technical integrations, operational deployments, or distributed systems programs.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on program delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
Desirable:
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, automotive, mobility, fleet operations, or telemetry/data platforms.
- Experience working with large-scale data collection or data supply programs.
- Familiarity with sensor technologies, vehicle systems, or telemetry infrastructure.
- Experience working with commercial fleets, ride-hailing companies, or mobility providers.
- Experience working with cloud-based data pipelines or distributed data systems.
- Previous experience in program management roles within highly technical organisations.
- Exposure to data operations, ML infrastructure, or AI product environments.
- Formal program or project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) are beneficial but not required.
