The role:
This is a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months to support the team during the implementation of a new ERP system.
Key responsibilities:
- Month end accruals, prepayment and fixed asset journal entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Weekly payments through various banking and financial platforms
- Stepping in to assist with invoices and expense claim processing when needed (this is more likely closer to month end)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
About you:
In order to set you up for success as a Financial Accountant at Wayve, we’re looking for the following skills and experience.
Essential:
- 5+ years of financial accounting experience

- Ability to work in a fast paced, changeable environment
Desirable:
- Experience with Xero and Spendesk platforms
- ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualification
